Technology and creative industries campus "Tech Zity Vilnius"

"Tech Zity Vilnius" will have a four-space conference centre, that can accommodate up to 1000 participants. 7 different restaurants, cafes and bars will ensure the vitality of the leisure area. There will be co-working, educational and sports spaces.  "Tech Zity Vilnius" will be largest technology and creative industries campus In Europe, being developed in Naujamiestis district, in the complex of buildings of the former "Lelija" sewing factory. The first phase will open about one third of the planned 55 000 sq. m. complex.

Three green courtyards will be created over the course of the year, transforming the old sewing factory buildings into modern offices, a conference centre, a sports and health club, a restaurant courtyard and co-working spaces. This is the first of three phases of "Tech Zity Vilnius", designed by two teams of architects: "Do Architects" for the L block and "A2SM Architects" for the H block.
