Job Responsibilities
- Organizing subcontractor and supplier searches and tenders for engineering systems for ongoing and tendered construction projects.
- Evaluating and analyzing quotations submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conducting negotiations and preparing, coordinating, and finalizing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers for engineering systems.
- Identifying new subcontractors and suppliers for engineering systems and maintaining long‑term relationships with existing partners.
- Reviewing and systematizing design documentation.
- Preparing tender documentation.
- Managing and continuously updating procurement process documentation and the subcontractor/supplier database.
Requirements
- University degree in Construction Engineering.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of construction processes.
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Salary
From EUR 3,800 gross per month.
Final salary is discussed individually with the candidate, based on experience and competencies.
