Job description:
- Estimating;
- Analysis of project documentation, summarising;
- Analysis of design documents, analysis of design documents, analysis of technical drawings, analysis of design documents, search for the most cost - effective technical solutions;
- Analysis, checking and preparation of bills of quantities in project documentation;
- Preparation of tender documentation;
- Understanding, research and analysis of price levels in the construction market.

Employee requirements:
- High or higher technical education;
- At least 2 years of work experience;
- Proficient user of Astera software;
- Ability to make independent and timely decisions and work in a team;
- Quick to change, technical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility.
Remuneration:
2600 - 3300 €/month (before taxes).
