We are looking for an experienced Cost Estimator to join our team and contribute to the implementation of interesting and ambitious projects.
If you enjoy analyzing technical documentation, searching for the most cost‑effective solutions, and actively collaborating with different teams, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates.
- Reviewing and analyzing design and technical documentation; identifying the most cost‑effective technical solutions.
- Preparing tender documentation.
- Monitoring, researching, and analyzing construction market price levels.
- Cooperating with clients, design teams, construction teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Requesting and analyzing quotations from subcontractors and material suppliers; communicating and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- University degree in Construction Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read drawings covering the full scope of a project; experience in technical documentation analysis.
- Excellent skills in cost estimation software Astera and Sistela.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, or other specialized software).

EUR 3,800–4,300 gross per month (before taxes)
