Construction sector trends in 2025: what can we expect next year?

We constantly analyze data and the situation in the construction sector, and this time we are sharing several trends that are widely discussed in the public sphere for the coming year:

✔️ Due to increased demand for housing in Europe, renovation projects and energy-efficient improvements are expected again. In some countries, especially Poland and Ireland, growth will be intense due to increasing housing market demand, while in Germany and France, the sector is facing a slower recovery due to high interest rates and economic uncertainty, which are reducing investment in new projects;

✔️ The energy crisis has prompted European governments to promote renovation projects that would ensure greater energy efficiency, including the installation of heat pumps, solar panels, and insulation. This suggests that the energy efficiency market will continue to grow, supported by rising energy prices and government policy. In addition, planned investments in public infrastructure, particularly transport networks and public transport, are expected to stabilize the sector.

✔️ Human resources remain a challenge, as many companies are losing experienced employees due to the approaching wave of retirements. It is important for companies to implement employee training, career planning, and new talent attraction programs to meet this challenge and retain and develop employee competencies.
