We are the general contractor for a new two - storey, approximately 3 200 sq. m. kindergarten for 320 children (including disabled children)!
We are eager not only to take the first steps towards our goal, but also to create a space for the little ones where they can not only spend time, but also learn, grow and dream.
In addition to the children's group rooms, which consist of changing areas with lockers, a kitchenette, sanitary facilities and a group play / sleeping area, the facility also includes a kitchen, laundry facilities as well as a caretaker's room, a utility workshop, a sports / acting hall and support rooms. The administrative premises are designed on the second floor. A lift is planned, as well as a separate annex to house the swimming pool.
The client of the project is Vilnius City Municipality.
