Administrative purpose buildings with sports facilities (arena)

Next to the airport is developed another project, which will not only include a business centre, but also a basketball arena for up to 1,000 fans at a time.

The project consists of a 5-storey office building with sports facilities (arena).The ground floor of the administrative part has an open space with a reception area, lift lobby and bar. The remaining floors of the street block are planned for offices, meeting rooms and rest areas for employees. An arena in the inner part of the building will be used for training. The roof of the arena will provide a green area for the use of the staff of the administrative building.
The part of arena building will be used for a gym, team changing rooms, rehabilitation rooms and other team facilities.
