At the very beginning of 2024, the largest co-living complex in the Baltic States, consisting of five connected 6-story buildings, opened doors. The building has a 210-space parking lot, electric car charging stations, storage and charging rooms for bicycles and scooters. For the convenience of co-living residents, the building has common spaces for recreation and work, a gym, a food production studio, a laundry room and other spaces.
12 different commercial spaces are planned in the project, the area of which is from 20 sq. m. m. up to 500 sq. m. (total - 1 000 sq. m.). The energy class of the building is A++.
