Multi-apartment residential block "Mosso"

"Mosso" project is exceptional and unique - on a plot of almost 5 hectares, it creates a space for peaceful living, allowing it's inhabitants to settle in the territory of Burbiškių park, in a valley of dense forest.

The first phase of construction will consist of 6 three-storey apartment buildings with open courtyards and private landscaped terraces, surface parking spaces and private bicycle storage facilities. This phase will consist of 169 apartments ranging in size from 25 to 76 sq. m. This green, modern architecture block will eventually be united by a unified infrastructure - a slow traffic street and pedestrian walkway running along the entire length of the plot, a landscaped area with recreational and active leisure areas, children's playgrounds.
