Construction of a multifunctional cultural centre

In the early autumn of 2025, the inhabitants of Pagirių community will have a place to spend their time in an active, meaningful and cultured way - a two - storey multifunctional cultural centre will be built in this area. The building will include a multi - purpose (300 seats) mobile stage, classrooms for artistic and sports activities, meeting rooms, fitness and physical education rooms, changing rooms, etc. Access paths, recreation areas, an outdoor plaza, a performance space, a car park will be built on a plot adjacent to the cultural centre.

The concept of this centre is to concentrate all services, such as sports, culture, wellness or entertainment, in one place. The 1 500 sq. m. of space will be used for concerts, dance and song festivals, celebrations, performances, entertainment and sporting events, educational activities and a wide range of other exciting activities for local residents and visitors.
