At 30 Žuvininkų Street in Šiauliai, a modern equestrian sports facility is being developed through the reconstruction of an existing warehouse building, transforming it into a space adapted for equestrian activities.

The project stands out for its hybrid function, combining sports infrastructure, education, animal housing requirements, specialized engineering solutions, and a sensitive natural environment within a single facility.The equestrian center is designed with dedicated water supply systems for horse drinking stations, irrigation of both indoor and outdoor arenas, as well as technological wastewater solutions, a manure storage area, and materials resistant to moisture and intensive use.
