- We have assembled the 2024 basket of projects very early, and we continue to plan intensive work in both the private and public sectors in Lithuania.
- The abundance of work does not always allow 'Gilesta' to compete for the projects it would like to win. This year, we will aim to skip as few construction tenders as possible, keeping quality over quantity as the priority.
- We have a very low turnover of team members. We will strive to maintain this by adding new team members, thus increasing the number of employees and thus our productivity, speed and competitiveness.
There are no dull years in construction, so we look forward to new challenges.
